The Russians clearly have an advantage :) At one point Germany belonged to the USA, and Eastern USA belonged to Germany. The upside of that, was that any US territory that Russia owned was owned by Russia, and not the US. That was cool. Sadly, when I liberated the USA, it all went green again.
